Truth be told, there\u2019s no wrong way to manage a big software project (except \u201cmoving fast and breaking things\u201d\u2013that one has not aged well<\/a>). Waterfall may seem rigid and old school, but it\u2019s really just another way of saying \u201cplan ahead.\u201d Agile methods are great for flexibility, as long as someone tells the client when to stop giving feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
