Surely it doesn&#8217;t make sense?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m personally a big advocate of <a href=\"https:\/\/toggl.com\/blog\/flat-rate-vs-hourly\">flat-rate over hourly pricing<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A flat-rate project&nbsp;<em>rewards<\/em>&nbsp;you for being&nbsp;<em>efficient<\/em>. The faster you can complete a project, the more profit you make. So the more experienced you become, the more you get paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tracking your time is the only way to know if you&#8217;re completing projects faster \u2014 without it you don&#8217;t truly know how long a project takes you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Same! Use the built-in Pomodoro timer for better focus and productivity.
