Ask about the people they managed to assess their <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/toggl.com\/blog\/evaluate-leadership-skills\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"leadership skills\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">leadership skills<\/a>, as well as organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While these aren&#8217;t a 100% guarantee that the candidate can do what they claim, they&#8217;re a decent starting point for your interview process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Candidate scorecard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Near the end of good interview templates, there should be a block of space for interviewer notes. Beside that space should be a candidate scorecard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be a simple table that helps interviewers objectively grade and compare candidates on a scale. However you format it, both are critical!
