We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to answer questions from our users and help them utilize Toggl more efficiently.
You will join our global Support team as one of three team members in charge of the North and South American time zones.
Apart from answering questions posted via email and live chat, you will also monitor social media channels and occasionally update knowledge base articles.
In addition, you will have opportunities to participate in various product-related projects and other initiatives.
The salary for this position is 43,000 EUR annually.
You will excel as a Toggl Support agent if you are knowledgeable about browsers, web protocols, and web applications. For example, you know how to use browser Dev Tools. You are fluent in English (both written and spoken) and able to explain complex concepts to people without a technical background. You have solid writing skills and have authored technical articles or blog posts before. You truly enjoy taking initiative and always strive to improve your skills and knowledge. Previous experience with remote work gives you a leg up in joining a distributed team.
