We’re hiring a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Manager to help us tell Toggl’s story, build our brand, and drive demand for our upmarket solutions. In this role, you’ll create exceptional content that inspires and delivers measurable results.

The salary for this position is €60,000 annually, and we are committed to reviewing salaries every year based on company and individual performance.

You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.

About the team

We are a global team of 130+ working from over 40 countries around the globe. The role

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and storytelling-savvy marketer with experience in B2B SaaS. If you know how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers while also driving measurable results, this is the role for you.

As Toggl’s Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our brand and demand generation efforts, primarily by:

  • Building Toggl’s brand authority through thought leadership and storytelling.
  • Creating engaging, upmarket-focused content that drives demand and supports pipeline goals.
  • Using social channels strategically to distribute content and engage with our ICP.
  • Collaborating on video-first campaigns and product stories to make video a core content pillar.

You’ll take ownership of content performance, focusing on driving sales-qualified upmarket leads for Toggl Track, our flagship product. To achieve your goals, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams—from ideation to execution.

This hands-on, creative role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, thrives on autonomy, and is laser-focused on delivering results. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, creating content, and experimenting with new formats and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and product teams to define and implement Toggl’s brand story, ensuring consistency and alignment with our long-term vision.
  • Create impactful, upmarket-focused content (e.g., original reports, shareable studies, thought leadership pieces) that resonates with enterprise buyers and drives demand.
  • Develop content that supports inbound marketing activity for the 50+ user segment, ensuring alignment with Toggl’s pipeline coverage goals.
  • Use social channels to build brand authority, start engaging conversations, and distribute content effectively.
  • Collaborate on video-first campaigns and product stories to make video a core content pillar for Toggl.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up ideation and increase content output without losing the human voice.
  • Track and report on content performance across channels, using insights to continuously improve effectiveness and demonstrate impact on awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Experiment with new content formats and distribution strategies to engage enterprise audiences, including no-click search results, Gen AI tools, and short-form video.
  • Work with the growth and marketing teams to shape messaging that resonates at every stage of the buying journey.

  • 🛠️ You know your tools. You’re proficient with content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms. Bonus points if you actively use AI to enhance your efficiency and creativity.
  • 🐾 You’re autonomous and self-sufficient. You don’t need to be micro-managed and are comfortable working independently to drive results. At the same time, you’re a team player who values collaboration.
