The Role

As part of our People Ops team, you will help take our hiring to the next level by designing and implementing the best value-based Talent Acquisition practices known to mankind. The salary for this position is €40,000 annually. You can work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

You'll be acting as the most significant partner to our hiring managers in all Talent Acquisition-related topics and providing relevant input to support strategic talent management. The main focus areas for the Talent Acquisition Specialist are:

  • Implementing relevant organizational and process improvements
  • Making sure we have the best value-based hiring practices in place
  • Ensuring exceptional employee experience from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding
  • Improving hiring quality
  • Helping and training hiring managers and supporting the improvement of employer branding

About the Team

We are a global team of 100+ awesome people working from over 40 countries around the globe. We hire globally, you work locally—in the heart of London, a beach outside of São Paulo, or a quiet village near Florence, the choice is yours. About You

You will succeed in this role if you are excellent at communicating in English on a native speaker level, have relentless drive and commitment to this role, as well as an unwavering belief that Talent Acquisition acts as a foundation of strategy fulfillment.

You should have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting for various interview techniques and evaluation methods. An excellent understanding of effective sourcing channels and the ability to use those successfully will prove crucial for your success in the role, while confidence in working autonomously and finding solutions to problems you encounter will bolster that even further.

3+ years of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar position (preferably in a remote and value-driven company) is expected, and experience in hiring into both technical and non-technical roles is a plus.

  • €4,000 per year contribution to use for training, workshops, and conferences
  • €2,000 per year contribution for any equipment or services to improve and/or maintain your physical and mental health
  • Support for buying tools you need for doing your best work (even eyeglasses if you need a new pair)
