What Can You Expect from Working at Toggl Track?
As your team grows, you inevitably have to start thinking about scaling your culture. We recently sat down to think hard about what makes working at Toggl Track special.
A global team behind a smart product
Toggl Track is kind of a peculiar bunch of very different people from all corners of the globe. One thing we all share is a belief that software should empower people, and not get in their way. We also share memes, but to get in on that you’ll have to join our team.
Join UsThis is how we make Toggl Track tick.
Toggl Track is proudly a fully remote company. We have the freedom to choose when and where we work, because great people do awesome work anywhere - New York, São Paulo, or a quiet village near Florence. With a global team comes remarkable creativity.
Communication is to remote work what oxygen is to life. We are open and collaborative. At our weekly all-hands video calls, we share project updates and learn new skills from each other on topics ranging from online marketing to building spaceships and making sauerkraut.
We are one hell of a team. We work for common goals and always have each others' backs. Every few months, we travel to meet up and spend quality time together. This keeps our ties strong and helps us see the human faces behind the Slack avatars.
We like to go the extra mile for our customers, just as we do for our team mates. Many of us regularly go out and meet Toggl Track users in person. We do this to listen to your feedback - both good and bad - to share our vision and to help our customers see the people behind Toggl Track.
Working in a distributed team can sometimes feel lonely, but not at Toggl Track. The digital nomads travel the world together. The foodies share recipes for cooking. The sporty Toggl Trackers support each other in being active and reaching personal milestones. Our PC and console gamers co-exist peacefully.
Life doesn't stand still and neither do we. We read inspiring books together and attend conferences in order to grow and improve. "Wild experiment weeks" are another way we encourage everyone on the team to learn and try new things.
