Toggl Hire: Q1, 2022

Welcome back! Did you miss our quarterly updates? We did!

The first few months of 2022 were busy here at Toggl Hire. We focused on knowing our customers better and helping them ace the productivity game. Thus, we’ve officially launched Video Intros, and welcomed candidate details, editing candidate information, bulk actions, and new additions to our skills and templates.

Product Updates

Here’s a round-up on what’s new at Toggl Hire.

Candidate Details: Capture Relevant Information About Your Candidates

This new premium feature helps you collect all the relevant information about your candidates. This could be their location, LinkedIn page, or phone number. The Candidate Details feature is placed under the “Test Result Page” tab in your test settings to ensure a seamless flow.

  • Select the details you want to ask your test-takers when personalizing your test results page.
  • Collected information will be shown on your candidate’s scorecard.
  • While we checked off some essential fields for you, like name or email, you can add custom ones.
  • You can make fields mandatory or optional depending on your hiring needs.

Like any feature on Toggl Hire, you have complete flexibility.

Editable Candidate Information: Edit and Store Information on Candidates’ Scorecards

We believe it’s paramount to see all the relevant information of your candidates at a glimpse. Therefore, we’ve showcased all collected candidate information on the candidate scorecard. Now, we want to increase your flexibility and productivity further.

We are introducing a premium feature to help you stay on top of your hiring funnel.

With Editable Candidate Information, you can change or add information about your candidates directly on their scorecard. More information here.

Bulk Actions: Speed up Repetitive Tasks, Organize your Talent Pool, and Screen Faster

As the name suggests, the Bulk actions feature helps you effortlessly perform bulk actions on selected candidates with one click. This business feature can be used in List or Pipeline views under your tests.

Efficiently select candidates of your choice and choose the action you want to take.

Here are the bulk actions you can perform:

  • Reject candidates,
  • Archive candidates,
  • Delete candidates,
  • Move candidates between stages,
  • Download candidates’ scorecards in PDF format.

New Templates: Personal Skills, Internships, and Human Resources

Personality Templates are ready for you to assess essential soft skills valuable at the workplace.

While we had the soft skills before, a custom test creation was needed to test soft skills that fall under situational judgment and cognitive ability. With the new “Personality” templates available for all plans, you can test your candidates’ soft skills in 2-clicks.

Choose from Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication, Teamwork, Leadership & Management, Negotiation, and Working Remotely templates.

Interns make the perfect choice for a permanent resource; hire one with potential via Toggl Hire’s new “Internship” templates.
