With the Toggl Track + Slack integration, your team can track time right where the work happens. Start and stop timers, log past entries, and link Slack channels to Toggl Track projects — so your time is categorized correctly.
A Toggl organization admin needs to enable the integration before the team can use it. In Toggl Track, open the Integrations tab, select Slack, and click Get started. Then choose Connect Toggl to Slack and follow the prompts.
Note: You may see an “App is not approved by Slack” message while Marketplace approval is still in progress.
Once the integration is active, each team member connects their own Toggl account. Simply type /toggl start in Slack and follow the sign-in steps to get set up.
Track time from any channel or DM using commands like /toggl start , /toggl stop , /toggl timesheet to manage your time tracking. Find the full list of commands and options here.
Open a DM with Toggl and ask about your tracked time to get an instant overview of recent activity.
