Happy people excel. Anywhere.

Toggl Plan has been a fully remote team with people across the globe for many years. We know you can do your best work from anywhere in the world, as long as you put in the time and effort into creating the structure and process for it. Oh, and you’ll need a reliable internet connection too

How we work

Experience tells us that happy people produce the most efficient and creative results. That's why we offer flexibility, autonomy, a results-driven working environment, and opportunities for personal growth. Before the global pandemic, we also made sure to meet up twice a year in-person to build relationships, share experiences, and plan for the future. We plan on returning to that as soon as possible. In the meantime, we’re investing more time and energy into meaningful online interactions.

Is remote right for you?

We know that remote work isn't for everyone. We're looking for people who are self-motivated and not afraid to take chances. We care about culture fit, great communication skills, and believe that everyone has the right to make mistakes and learn, to reach ambitious goals.

“Remote work is dependent on a different setup and value system. Are you prepared to allow others to work asynchronously? How about owning your mistakes every step of the way? Are you ready to always improve your communication skills? If that sounds like a great plan, our happy bunch would love to have you on board.”

How we hire

Your time is valuable (and so is ours!), which is why we don't ask you to re-do your resume or complete a lengthy application form. Instead, you'll start the application process with a simple skills-based test that takes just 15 - 20 minutes. This test helps us see if you have the right skills for the position you're applying for. If you do well on the test, we'll invite you for an interview to get to know you better. If the interview goes well, we'll invite you to a paid test week, where we can see your technical skills in action and confirm that you'll fit with our work culture. Our goal is to ensure that everyone on the team can do great work independently, and without micromanagement.
