Share proof of your Harvest plan
Send an invoice or billing screenshot showing your business name, Harvest plan and seat count, and next renewal date. Please redact prices, payment details, addresses and personal data first.
Use Toggl free until your Harvest renewal
Once we confirm you’re eligible, your Starter or Premium annual plan is free until your Harvest renewal date, for up to 6 months.
Your first paid year begins
On your First Billing Date, we charge 12 months of your plan in advance. You can cancel free during your first 30 days. After that, you’re committed to your first paid year.
Full offer terms
These terms (“Offer Terms”) apply to the Harvest Early Switch Offer (the “Offer”). These Offer Terms supplement our Toggl Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). If these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on anything relating to the Offer, these Offer Terms prevail. In all other respects, the Terms of Service govern.
If you’re switching from Harvest, the Offer gives you a Toggl annual plan free of charge for the Free Period. After the Free Period, you pay for 12 months of that plan (the “First Paid Year”). The Offer is available on our Starter and Premium annual plans only. It doesn’t apply to Enterprise plans, monthly billing, or add-ons.
You can take part in the Offer if all of the following apply: (a) you’re a business, and you’ll use Toggl for business purposes; (b) you currently have a paid Harvest subscription with a renewal date in the future; (c) neither you nor your affiliates currently use Toggl, whether on a free or a paid plan; (d) neither you nor your affiliates have had a paid Toggl subscription in the 12 months before you sign up; (e) you sign up using an email address on your business’s own domain; and (f) you provide proof of your Harvest subscription. The Offer is limited to one per business, including its affiliates and group companies.
To take part, you need to send us an invoice or a billing screenshot from your Harvest account. It must show: (a) your business’s name; (b) your Harvest plan and number of seats; and (c) your next Harvest renewal date. Please redact other details before you send it - including prices, payment details, addresses and any personal data. Your eligibility will be assessed by our Sales team.
We use your proof only to check whether you’re eligible for the Offer. We keep a record of whether you were eligible, your Harvest renewal date, your Harvest seat count and your Free Period. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Your Free Period starts when you sign up and ends on your First Billing Date. Your “First Billing Date” is the earlier of: (a) the Harvest renewal date shown in your proof; and (b) the date 6 months after you sign up. Your First Billing Date is never earlier than the end of your 30-day trial (see clause 8). Your Free Period is set when you sign up, based on the proof you provide. If your Harvest subscription changes or ends later, your Free Period doesn’t change.
The Free Period covers the seats on your Toggl workspace when you sign up, up to the number of Harvest seats shown in your proof (your “Covered Seats”). You can add seats at any time. Seats beyond your Covered Seats, and any add-ons, are charged at our standard prices. Your First Paid Year is billed for at least your Covered Seats, plus any seats you’ve added. You can’t reduce your seats below your Covered Seats until the end of your First Paid Year.
Your first 30 days after signup are a trial. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged anything and your participation in the Offer ends. If you don’t cancel during the trial, you commit to a paid annual subscription. That subscription runs for 12 months from your First Billing Date, on the plan and seats that apply under clauses 7 and 10. If you cancel after the trial, you still have to pay for your First Paid Year.
You need to add a valid payment method when you sign up. On your First Billing Date, we’ll charge the full fee for your First Paid Year in advance to that payment method, at the price in effect when you signed up. If a payment fails, the Terms of Service apply, including our right to restrict or suspend your access.
You can upgrade from Starter to Premium during the Free Period. If you do, the Free Period continues on Premium until your First Billing Date, and your First Paid Year is billed at the Premium price. Until the end of your First Paid Year, you can’t: (a) downgrade your plan; (b) reduce your seats below your Covered Seats; or (c) switch to monthly billing.
After your trial, our standard cancellation terms for annual subscriptions in the Terms of Service apply. Fees for your First Paid Year aren’t refundable. You can’t combine the Offer with any other discount, promotion, or partner or reseller pricing.
We may decline any application that doesn’t meet these Offer Terms, or that we reasonably believe is an attempt to misuse the Offer. If we find that information you gave us to get the Offer was inaccurate or misleading, or that you otherwise misused the Offer, we may: (a) end your Free Period immediately; and (b) charge you our standard fees for the part of the Free Period you’ve already used. This doesn’t limit our other rights under the Terms of Service.
We may change or withdraw the Offer for new applicants at any time. Changes or withdrawal won’t affect a Free Period we’ve already granted you, unless clause 12 applies or we have another legitimate reason under the Terms of Service.
Your Harvest subscription is a contract between you and Harvest’s provider, and you remain responsible for it. We don’t pay or reimburse any Harvest fees, including termination or early cancellation fees. If you don’t want your Harvest subscription to renew, you need to cancel it with Harvest yourself. Harvest is a trademark of its respective owner. Toggl is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Harvest.
