Our Salesforce Sync feature allows you to easily link Salesforce objects to Toggl Track projects, tasks, clients, and tags with our setup wizard. Set up once, and the sync will update your Toggl Track workspace automatically. The integration is flexible enough to work with even the most customized and complex Salesforce setup so you can accurately capture time spent in Salesforce.
The integration will automatically update your Toggl Track workspace, ensuring time tracking is in lockstep with work processes in Salesforce. Salesforce Sync only sends data from Salesforce to Toggl Track. The one-way sync ensures that you don’t have to worry about accidentally changing Salesforce objects.
Go to the Integrations page in the Toggl Track web application through the Settings menu in the sidebar.
Click the toggle next to Salesforce Sync and click Connect to launch the setup wizard.
During setup, you can specify which Salesforce objects you want to link to Toggl Track projects, clients, tasks, and tags. You can also choose to sync just a portion of your Salesforce objects with our filter function, and decide how you’d like us to handle duplicate data.
Once you’ve set up the sync, your Salesforce account will be synced to your Toggl Track workspace, and any changes you make in Salesforce will be automatically applied to Toggl Track.
