Toggl can now be hosted in the EU, so your application data at rest is stored in Europe. EU-hosted organizations run on a separate deployment of Toggl in Google Cloud's Belgium region, with their own databases. Time entries, projects, tasks, clients, attachments, user accounts and backups all stay in the EU. To get started, choose EU in the region selector when you sign up.
